Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed & shipped.


SHIPPING
We ship all over the world - rates are calculated at checkout. Clients outside of the US: you will be responsible for customs & duties fees.

 

RETURNS
We hope you love your Senderkis bag; but if you don’t:

• We will accept the return or exchange of any unworn, unaltered bag, with tags still attached, within 14 days of fulfillment.
• Please email us at info@senderkis.com to submit your return request.
• The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
• Please allow up to 1 week from when your order arrives back at our warehouse for your refund to be processed.

• All items sold using a promo code are final sales.
• All international orders are final sales.
• All items purchased at a trunk show are final sales.
