Every SENDERKIS piece is conceived with longevity in mind. Our commitment to craftsmanship extends beyond creation, with dedicated warranty and repair services to help preserve each piece for years to come.
Our craftsmanship promise
We offer a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials, hardware, and construction from the date of purchase.
Should a manufacturing defect be confirmed within this period, we will repair or replace your piece at no cost.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, stains, natural changes in materials, or damage resulting from improper care.
Repairs & restoration
Our commitment extends beyond the warranty period. We offer ongoing repair assistance to extend the life of your SENDERKIS piece.
Each request is individually assessed, subject to repair feasibility and material availability. An estimate will be provided for approval before any paid repairs are undertaken.
